Ok, i get that i need pistons and rods. I know i can't do the work myself, but didn't say i was. Anyway about the N20 and turbo... have you heard about the NX N-Ter-cooler,it sprays dry into the intercooler and well i already have the reg setup and its cheep to convert. Main result less turbo lag. And i want more all time HP. I also talked to some one who makes sleeve kits for the B16 and he will make them for the D16 but he wants $1500.00EACH. Jeff what do you think about the STR one or any of them if its instaled right... can i run 12psi more less? Has Any one heard of Guid head packs? Are they any good? ANd can i keep my AC with the hf mani?
Thanks again

"Jeff what do you think about the STR one or any of them if its instaled right"

Jeff doesnt know, because he has never seen one, nor tried one..

Jeff thinks Sleeving, or posting would be the only way to go.

Jeff also thinks he ate to much for valentines day dinner.

posting is when studs are inserted through the outside of your motor, through the water jacket and torque to 1ft against the sleeve.

jeff did they do any testing or calculations to come up with 1ft... or just guessed?

he has a pic of it.

SS inserts or something also..

I didnt do my posting on my own, I sent it to endyn to do.. Ya, supposivly they have maximized the thrust axis points where the most side load occurs, and places the pins their. 8 on the back 9 (intake) and 4 in the front (exhaust). Suppose to be "Nascar lingo"

pics of my setup are under the tech section, built ZC.

Sonny did a "do it yourself post" setup
