it vac sig to your wg is right out of the compressor. It is prob around 7.5 lbs their. thier is prob about a 2 lbs loss through your piping and intercooler. Still their could be a leak. Mine isnt boosting right. It builds at the normal time and holds steady boost at partial throdle, but and WOT the boost falls off at the top end. I havent looked for leaks though

could be a leak in the charge pipes or ur spring is a four pound spring..or ur wastegate diaphramn isn't good, but then that would give u surges??...probably a leak in the syatem or i.c
