$100 an hr, damn ! You lucky bastard. I dont make that in a day. Nice fabing work to. How much you gonna charge to make a t3 or t25 flanged log style manifold and 2.5 inch downpipe for a toyota 4age 16v. Doesnt matter whether the welds are sexy or not. Mild steel or ss i dont care. Pm me your price

if you had to go through all the work to make that 100$ an hour you would understand,
rubber gloves perfectly clean table perfectly clean work, when you finish have to take out all weld color carbon clean clean clean etc

It is unbeleavably alot of work to do the food work lol you might make 100$ an hour but that is real work during that time

damn it i wanna make a manifold now,

what do you recomend to buy for cutting pipe, a chop saw, or vertical band saw.

i need to get a new welder to, or mayber just a gas lense for now.

I found a chopsaw to work best you can get straight and angled cuts. Anytime I used a band saw with SS it was under 18 gage.

I hate chopsaws we use a cheap horizontal band saw but for actual tubing a vertical pwns all (lol my counter strike lingo is out now)

This is schedule 10 not really thin (1/8" wall thickness) yes it does sugar a little on these welds because these are only welds I dont ahve a good purge setup for but I use that as ensurance to penetration, when I get done with the collectors I pull out my grinding stone and then flap wheel them to make them perfectly smooth like the inside of a cppexhaust collector
