Some of the local machine shops that I do welding for on the side don't seem to understand the idea behind that. They think I should jump like hell to work my ass off for them for $20/hr...when I can work an hr of overtime at my regular job, no big pressure or difficult ----, and make more. I've learned that, if they want me to give them an hourly rate, I reply something like this:

"Do you want the price that makes me not very eager to come in here, or the price that makes me come in with a smile?" They typicaly begin to understand when it's put to them that way.

Welding jobs are everywhere, but it is difficult to get into the good jobs. If you have a skill level that's good enough, you can eventually get something good...but it takes time.

i just think its funny how 3 pics of me welding turns into 85 posts of steve trying to belittle me.

itd a daily occurance, and i think its pretty funny when people who normally find steve amusing even decide hes just being a troll faggot.

on the flip side, looks like typical customers to me josh. ------s dont understand. USPS does offer track and confirm, not any type of tracking though. even then, the ---- doesnt work and is a few days behind when it does work. like you ship something today and it doesnt show that you shipped it for a few days after it was shipped. by then its reached its destination.
I personally think its pretty sweet that you've come this far with the "business", and honestly am jelious and wish I could weld.

Do what I do...dont accecpt anyones money until the product is ready to ship. And if the faggets still bitch send their money back to them and tell them to find a mani elsewhere....and if they wanna take the wait to wait on a mani...then they can wait. ---- 'em. ::)
