Power Wagon Rebuild (Update: 11/5/08)
IVe had my truck for 10 years, the last 4 of which, its been parked, due to needing a complete restore. Well, school is finally ------- over, and I have a house, with a garage, so, this is my project:
360 V8, NP435 tranny, NP205 gear drive case, Dana 60's, 34" tires, 8K lb, PTO drive winch.
When Im done, its gonna be packin the same driveline, only with 42" tires, and I've got an idea up my sleeve to make it AWD, only it will be selectable, and it will be true AWD, with a high and low range.
Of course,
The goal is 650+.

Re: my "new" project
it will be a crack on the laggy side, but, when they power up, all hell will break loose I want it a touch laggy, as 6500 static lbs on one end, and an instantaneous 500+ HP on the other would result in lots of broken ----. At least if it is a bit laggy, the truck will be moving before the twins strut their stuff.
