i was looking at the turbo's he used and noticed they all had Mack truck size exhaust sides whoich he explained was an absolute must becasue of heat. so when choosing the turbo your going to use, you must make sure the exhaust wheel and housing is 2-3times bigger than you calculate it to be. the result of not having a big enough hot side will be a big blob of metal.

The problem isn't EGT heat, its that a 2-stroke puts out twice the exhaust as a 4-stroke. Thats why you need a bigger turbine.

Its ok though, the person before you said that 2-strokes have too cold of an exhaust because they burn oil and the turbo won't spool. I've literally heard everything and the opposite of everything at least once

I'd just like to see the compression that the cylinder holds compared to how much boost the turbo is putting out, and if the turbo is mildly building pressure against its self with some boost escaping mid stroke. It seems like the whole system would be pressurized almost equally but more pressure on the exhaust side because of the combustion escaping mid stroke.

This isn't the same as putting a turbo on a Civic. Remember when I started this project people said it was impossible. Its taking a long time becuase nothing is ------ed together and since nothing like this has been done before you learn ---- along the way and stuff needs to get redesigned. I have more time into just designing an oiling system for this bike than I did in all 3 of my turbo kits for my Civic. It'll get done when it gets done, but there has been alot more ---- than just bolting on a turbo.
