Everything looks pretty sweet but that upper radiator line is gonna get toasty hot and is that flowing back into the engine or back into the radiator? A set of cycle throttle bodies would of been pretty easy to incorporate into your intake manifold.

I didnt wanna screw around with the TPS on a set of cycle TBs. I really wanted ITBs, but I guess its gonna have to wait. My last downpipe was less than 1/4" from the radiator and I didnt have any problems, so Im hoping this cooling line will be alright as well.

Naw you use your TPS sensor from the Escort. That's how people who use other bike ITB beside honda ones. Check out the project section and Jeff shows how he did his.

I think you still try the ITB's as you already have the plenum and everything else made. It's be pretty easy to incorporate those right into it. Good job so far.

lol, no, no fire. They LOVE boost. They were originally designed with boost in mind, so if you do a little work to them, and strap on a blower, they really wake up, and the bottom end with a set of forged pistons are good to 300-350 WHP stock.

ITS ALIVE!!!

Cranked right up... but, I ran into a small snag. My turbo was hitting the PCV, and I didnt know it, so I ended up with a HUGE exhaust leak. Here are some pics of the gasket:

as you can see, the fire ring wasnt eve crushed on the bottom.

I unbolted the header, pulled the assembly back, took the gasket and PCV out, hammered a flat spot in the PCV, and put it all together, and no more exhaust leak. It wasnt hitting by much, but just enough to cause problems.

Here is a vide of it running:

That BOV is gonnasound sick under boost
