IMO solid modeling doesn't work good for mocking up manifolds. I built one in inventor and if I was to make it in real life it would have gone through my hood and rad lol.

Trial and Error! unless you feel like modeling the whole engine bay.

true that. Someone gets it. There is a reason for the angles and spacer plate between the halves. I coulda tig welded it, but I didnt feel like spending several hours on just my collector just to make it pretty...
