As you can see mine are different from any standard flange. So they need custom fabbing.

bust out a piece of paper and make a little template

1 sawzall
2 blades
3-4 drill bits
3/8" mild steel plate

Go to town!

I'm planning on using the oxy torch method. making comp inlet, turbine inlet and outlet, wastegate, and bov flanges.

do you think I can cut all this with 40 cu ft of each?

Haha, sounds good, I am having some troubleezy finding the mild steel plate...local placesonly sell ----- sized stuff, for mad $$.
Any place online have it or any other stores to try?

1 oxy/acetelene makes realy nasty cuts, and will warp a small part like that.
2 you will probably burn up a dremel tool trying to cut through 3/8' steel, you need a die grinder/ cut off tool/ whizzer
3. look in the yellow pages for metal suppliers/ steel suppliers.
4 I'd try a little harder to find one already done, theres got to be someone out there who makes them.

Alright, I ordered a 6"x.5"x12" mild steel plate for 30$ shipped. Not bad. thanks to wink for the advice.

Thats not much

I get all my material from work for free, 1/2" thick stainless sheets are just laying around everywhere

I cut out the rough shapes on a band saw and then use a 1 1/2" endmill on a moveable drill press to get everything else pretty much perfect, then a large file to make everyhting smooth. I made some wastegate flanges and ----
