I wanted to build one, but I think my car already have somekind of OEM tranction bars.
It's bolted into the front lower crossmember with big rubber bushings and on the lower control arm.
I'll have to take a better look at it..I'll make some pic's of it and post it up here. i have a '89 Civic 1.6 SR it's like your guys Si

 

Yeah, they have those, but they are very flexy and don't really help out a whole lot with traction. Those big *** bushings are very sloppy. Plus, it will replace that whole ugly *** cross member they attach to.

After I finish the Ramhorn Manifold I am making I will knock out a few sets of bars.

 

i am gonna make some bars, but the only thing i'm confused about is how the rod ends are connected, and what the bolts are for?how are these adjusted?if you could, help me understand how they work as far as adjustability....
