hey, just a thought, if you are looking to make these manifolds and don't want the "sharp" apex, mcmaster sell short radius 90's in 1.5" stainless 304 and 316. This is the Part number for the sch 10 304, 1.5" 90.

thanks for the heads up, i have looked into and Ace stainless offers them as well. We dont do many A/C manifolds and there isnt a huge restriction in flow from the bends. It could be better, but not where youd feel a noticeable difference.

tight radius 90s are 26-30 dollars a piece depending where you buy them.

i called like 6 places pricing them. aty that price, just cut the long radius 90s. hahaha

why have a show piece mike. people wil lsee that and be expecting it, and disappointed when they get less.
also, who welds for you mike, its not you is it? or do you stil have those other guys.

Eric who works here with me welds, Also, i had another welder come do some work for us back in the days, As of lately, i do a good portion of the welding but not all of it. If they expect it, they will also pay for it, im try to be as clear and specific with people as i can be when working with them, that way things dont come back to bite me in the ass.
