Lol, your picture and the one below do not go together at all. On that note, how long did you spend polishing that lmanifold and any particular reason? Definately looks sexy as hell, i have some 316 on the way, what did you need exactly

Actually I didn't polish that one, the future owner didn't really want to pay me to do it so I let him use my buffing wheel :)
But in the end I will end up making it look better. It's still a bit blurry and has some scratches in it.
It does take way to long to polish them, on a regular old log like that one it take a lot longer to polish it than to make it.
Only reason for it is the bling, they do look a lot better shined up.

Here is one shined up real nice. If I told you what I sold it for it would make you vomit in your mouth it was so cheap ???

Also when you get a price on the 316 1.5" l's could you shoot me a message with a price.

Thanks
Randy

That would be my bling O0

I didn't spend enough time on the polishing part maybe 1.5 hrs, I figured I'd go back and hit it again once Randy finished it, but I spent a lot more time sanding it probably 4 hours or more using 120 grit on my angle grinder.

That thing is tits as well, why did you put the wastegate so far off to one side? If you start with a nice coarse sand, then a 3 stage wheel process, you can get some pretty amazing shine. Stainless is great, Aluminum is even better. Ive been wanting to make one manifold and grind all the welds down and then do a nice polish, just to see how nice it would actually look. However time isnt a very friendly thing for me these days so i may stay in the "wanting" stage for a while. Keep up the good work man.

grinding down the welds is not a good idea...
