Im am wroking putting a h22 into my 1990 EF Hatch. I am not going to pay 500 sum bucks for a good set of motor mounts when I can make them myself. Only problem is I don't know where to buy poly inserts to fit in a 2"pipe or so. Such as these in the pic. This is what I am going to make anyone know where to get some Inserts.

Screw inserts. Solid mounts or your not a man.

 

Thought about the solid mounts but decided to do it this way since its going to be a tight fit and still want a nice ride. How much you charge for a set of VG30E manifold flanges to be cut out?

 

motor mounts don't make your car ride nicer.

 

make your own inserts, the window weld from the parts store works great... buy a 2ft of 7/8 tubeing and fill around with the window weld, then let dry...

 

if you do this, just remember that it takes for-------ever for them to dry/cure completely
