Best way to make motor mounts.
Im am wroking putting a h22 into my 1990 EF Hatch. I am not going to pay 500 sum bucks for a good set of motor mounts when I can make them myself. Only problem is I don't know where to buy poly inserts to fit in a 2"pipe or so. Such as these in the pic. This is what I am going to make anyone know where to get some Inserts. http://i484.photobucket.com/albums/r...2-16-07009.jpg

Screw inserts. Solid mounts or your not a man.

Re: Best way to make motor mounts.
Thought about the solid mounts but decided to do it this way since its going to be a tight fit and still want a nice ride. How much you charge for a set of VG30E manifold flanges to be cut out?

Re: Best way to make motor mounts.
motor mounts don't make your car ride nicer.

Re: Best way to make motor mounts.
make your own inserts, the window weld from the parts store works great... buy a 2ft of 7/8 tubeing and fill around with the window weld, then let dry...
