What size piping did you use. I believe that the stock piping size on a honda header is 1 5/8'' ( 2 pipes from mid flang to cat), and the sizes sold in SS are usually pluming trade size 1 1/2 or 2''. I would be happy to know

1.5" Schedule 10

It has an ID of 1.682 which is just slightly larger than 1 5/8". It is a good fit on the flanges.

Just make a jig and and crank some out or send it to Aaron or Dave and have them pump some out. I think they would be pretty good sellers.

Im making a slightly more HMT version tomorrow. using a mild steel header with a few whitey bends and bracing the mess out of it but it should still be pretty sweet. I'll probably post some pics of the setup once finished.
