Ya normally that'd be a 300-400 amp weld.
Then again maybe he's using a very strong bias to DC- and using helium and a very fast frequency. I understand, I can weld that well myself, and most of my work is industrial, there just doesn't seem to be any guys around here that can or have the goal to weld like this.
