If you have a compressor, you can get an HF gun for around 20 bucks. I used one for my brothers crx and it came out great. You just have to take some time to properly set it up. My favorite detail gun that I use to refinish guitars cost $6 at HF

 

harbor freight tools is a good place for tools cheap as hell. the best part of it is I got a compressor, paint gun, and an air brush all at the same time. I don't even really know how to air brush yet but for the price it was worth it. But anyways I personally like using a spray gun myself but if it came down to it I would use rollers if I had to. Either way I would be doing sanding and prepping before hand and after coats to make it come out perfect. I look at my car now and see little runs from the factory and get mad cause they didn't approach it how I would.

 

hey 50 dllr paint job doesnt come out that bad i mean for 50 buks what do u expect i painted my crx in 2 days. i didnt prep or wet sand after and it came out pretty dammm decent thers a lil orange peel but u can only see it close up alot of people tell me its clean. im just to fkn lazzzzy to wet sand and buff. ill post pixxx if wanted.
