1. If you pay $5000 get exactly what you are expecting, if not, work with whoever till things are perfect.
2. You can't just cheat someone out of $2500, work things out, stop being babies.

make him fix the issues you have and pay him the money.
You bash him, say he doesn't have his certs or anything else..but obviously you felt confident enough in his work to pay him $5000.
Why not try working with him to reach the common goal? Now you guys are slandering each other in a very small market. No one wins. I am in Toronto and see a lot of people saying you are both hacks... (which I don't think is the case at all) but this BS just dented reputations.
Damm, you kids need to take a business course or 2.

I've seen PLENTY of OEM mounts that are NOT symetrical, and frankly, far uglier. You have a completely different drivetrain in the machine, so your "it dont fit" argument is complete bullshit. They also take very little time to rework, especially since they are such a simple peice as you say they are.
Your next argument, which is that you've paid so much already, also reaks of ----. He's clearly stated he'd be willing to fix the problems, even forgive the balance when he does the 2nd car. With a little bit more effort to communicate, I'm sure neither party would ---- up this badly again. If Aaron did, you could just pull your ride and not pay AGAIN as you're so keen at doing.
That said, let me round-about to the 1st point. Contact Engloid, search for his work on the intraweb. HE IS a welding god. He also expects to get paid as such. Now if you do research and find what people charge to toss a 2jz into a 240 (and it still uses the 1jz parts past the flywheel AND is streamlined at this point), $5k is a ------- steal for so much custom work.
BTW any publicity for HMT is GOOD publicity. Its obvious many people are tired of sucking mods/sponsor's JDM/EDM ***** on other message boards. Here a man can "let his [********] hair down" and cut through the crap & enjoy automotive stuff. Abaz rarely intervenes, same for the mods. Look at the sigs, people often put "xxxx mod can suck my ****" and its fine. This board epitomizes the American Way, and we'll be damned if some scamming ------- will get his childish way to save a few bucks.

I read HiProfile's post thinking it was you, and went "Wow, that didn't suck."
Then I realized it wasn't you, and that you were probably out scoping for little girls to touch in something powered by a 22re.
