I think work was way more than 2500, they just didn't pay him off completely.
Sort of half now, half when job is finished deal. They fucked up on the finish part.

Here at HMT we take pride in our own degenerate form of barbaric street justice. If we wanted to act civil, we'd go back to real life. Unfortunately, you're at the ------- of the internet. This is where the internet actually stops and becomes the menernet. It's over 9000 times more grizzled than that girly ---- you call a forum.
When people rip our HMT brethren off, we call in the ------- troops to allow the offending party know just what kind of motley bastards they're antagonizing. This not a service bestowed amongst our lower ranks. In order to have such a resilient backing by the community, one must truly be a bad ----------er. Weir happens to be one of the baddest ----------ers within our midst. We'd appreciate if you acted on our behalf in your supra-circle jerk forums, as you do not know what you're doing to your local community by alienating an asset such as Aaron Weir.

If you cant handle it get the ---- out!!!! ---- these scaming *** french ****. If they had a problem with Weir they should have said so, and Weir would have fixed it. Because Weir it top notch on service. Noth like the mother ------- scamers they are. I hope they crash and die in a fiery wreck!!!!!

Why not just remove the kit from the vehicle and send them packing? I'm sure you could recoup more then 50% of your invoice if you sold it directly to someone else.
The more I think about this, more I think I would just say ---- them. If they aren't going to pay full invoice let them go build their own kit from scratch. If they won't give the kit back, that's a good indicator they are intentionally trying to screw you over and definitely something that will aid you in the collections process on the invoice.
