Just checking in. He received it yesterday and still no email even saying he received it. I think I may have a hard time getting anywhere with this guy.

 

um wow.......I'd assume since the thing cost so much he'd be a bit more helpful

 

See these new compnaies come out with these products so fast they dont think about what will happen if their product takes off. Then the CS suffers and the product gets a bad rep for a while.

Innovate did this for a while too but they have come out top notch in my book lately

 

Update he just emailed me and said he doesn't have it yet and its probably still in his P.O. box. Doesn't seem like he gives a ---- about picking it up and paying me my money.

 

Shoot Dave, hope things work out alright with this situation. Hopefully the guy won't be a dick.

 

Im at the point of telling the guy to ---- off and just going through Paypal to get my money. $300 isn't a huge amount of money but its all I have to spend right now and its tied up.

 

I would still; be bull about 300 dude. Don't let him keep it... got to be a way to get that back. Keep the receipt that they gave you when you shipped it back to him. You might need it for future refference.

 

I have all the stuff from the Post office and all the emails. I don't think he will screw me but the question is when will I get my money or at least a new Wideband. I am going to borrow one from the dyno shop. Mike down there has an LM-1 that he never uses. He told me to just take it and bring it back whenever.

 

He sent me an email sayin he would let me know when he got it. I sent it Monday and I know that he got it cause I sent it priority. I doubt hes checked his PO box where our sensors are sitting... I just hope that Ill have a working wideband in the end and that I can get it before next weekend. Keep us posted.
