Well I tried to get the Zeitronix WB I bought to work and it never ended up working. I emailed them several times. The guy told me to make sure I had a good 12v and good ground.(DUH!) I told him I did and everything was hooked up correctly. He told me to check for 5v between the Yellow and Brown wires on the signal harness. I told him there was no power there but definately 12v going into the unit. He sent me an Email stating I obviously damaged the unit installing it. LOL That pissed me off. I told him I would ship it back for a full refund and that I DID NOT damage it. I'll let you know how this pans out.

 

wow I was just about to order one, good thing I saw this post. Let us know how he handles this.

THe guy at Zeitronix hasn't gotten back to my emails in 2 days. I sent the WB back yesterday and told him to at least contact me when he receives it. I told him I would just prefer my money back. I guess we will see what happens.

 

Crap I tried installing my Zeitronix one and it took a dump on me too(may have been my fault but I doubt it) ... I sent it back for inspection yesterday, so we'll see what happends.They dont get back to your emails hardly at all. You'd think that after dropping $300 bucks would make them a bit more communitive with their customers.... Guess not... The guy said that I for sure wired mine wrong too, wich I know that I didnt. O well ,it will be interesting to see how things turn out.

you guys are stupid, stop badn mouthing zeitronix, learn how to hook up 12 volts for christ sake, red is to positive, and black is to negative, duuuuh

 

Im not bad mouting them for the record. t just didnt happen to work for 2 people who may or may not of installed it right. That still doesnt explain their slow email issue. If you spent that much wouldnt you expect a little bit more timely responses about whatever you had just bought if you had questions? So far I give them thumbs up cause they have been in contact with me and are going to take a look at it. Thats more then I can say for a lot of companies out there that would say sorry your outta luck.

djfob: I wouldnt let this keep you from buying one, everything Ive read and seen says this is a top notch WB02 company.

 

damn i got lucky, mine works perfectly.

it sucks that the guy is being a douche about it. hope mine never breaks in that case.
