Default Will VAFC work with pw0 ECU?

Anyone know if a VAFC will work with a pw0 ecu? I was told the pr3 is the only obd0 ecu that can work with the VAFC. Thanks for the help.

Default Re:Will VAFC work with pw0 ECU?

i KNOW it works for PM6(88-91 civic/crx) or PG7 (88-89 1.6L integra) ecu - both of which are obd0 non vtec ecus. so whoever told you that it only works with the pr3 is mistaken. it should work, you just gotta find a wiring diagram. it may or may not be on the apexi site either, you might have to google it - pm6 and pg7 are not on the apexi site... but i have a vafc hooked up to my pm6 so i know it works. in the worst case scenario, you might have to just find the wiring diagram for your car, and then hook up the vafc wires to whatever wire it tells you. example, hook the vafc ground wires to the ecu ground, vafc map to ecu map, vafc throttle to ecu throttle, etc. hope that helps.
