Default Pw0/Pr3 ecu w/b16 I put both o2's in the downpipe

Hey guys,

I heard lots of people with pr3/pw0 ecus once they got their turbo setup went ahead and put them both in the downpipe at the same location without problems. For some reason with me, when I do this the car runs flat at partial throttle while cruising.....it feels exactly like if you switch the primary with the secondary ecu pin. I know about open loop and all and how it runs each pair of cylinders apart from eachother,.....I was just wondering if anyone didn't have success doing this like me. I figured since both 02's would be getting the exhaust from all 4 cylinders, it wouldn't make a big differance, unlike when using a stock na header that feeds each o2 its seperate pair.

When I unplug my o2's from the harness, the car runs much better. Whats very odd is I don't throw a cel either, even after driving around for a quite a while. What are your guys thoughts on running in closed loop always? Makes me run richer then normal, I guess the question is just how much more...

no....i know all that already. thats why i said I know how open loop works and what it feels like to have o2's switched around or tapped into one another and why. Im asking if anyone found that putting both o2's in a a single collector didn't work for them, as it has worked for some people like Jeff and some others.
