This time around the block was taken to a machinist I trust to be punched out 75.5mm, and Goforth helped the vehicle owner file his rings for correct clearances. It also has a block guard, dunno wtf for, that was installed before the block went to the machine shop.

I know this an extremely far idea but a member on here on HMT was having problems with their nitrous melting plugs etc 1 cylinder. After trying everything I decided to start tracing in the fuel system and sure enough a small piece of melted rubber was in the line dont ask me how it got there. Cleaned it all up car now has been running super dope boosted. I know its 99.9999999999999999 percent most likely not the problem but if your postitive the injectors are fine its gotta be something up oddville road.

I don't think it's fuel related, I think it was a mechanical failure, but engines are expensive and time consuming to buiold so I'll poke at the injector screens and flush the fuel rail and stuff.

The only thing I can think of is maybe just a aluminium titty from the inside of the intake manifold from rough casting or something got sucked in maybe even sucked in from a weld on the inside of the charge pipes? If their aluminium...
