'terminal_154.exe" is the program i use...Google it or download any terminal program that can connect to the COM port your cable shows up as...connect wires until ones echos (of course, type at the same time).

i belive i have the same cable as you, i set it up like..... white/shielding(ground) = 1 red = 2 and blue = 4
im not sure witch is tx and rx but this works for me. if your using uber or ecu control you dont cut j12
