Default nokia dku-5 datalog cable with turboEdit

Okay, I need to figure out why my data logging cable is not working. I have a newer DKU-5 nokia cable. This is the cable:

I have an obd0 ecu (from an 88 Integra) chipped and running, so I tried to add data logging support to it. I soldered some 22 gauge wire to pins 1 (white),2 (red), and 4 (black) on CN3. It looks like this:

On the bottom side, it looks like this. (note, I did trim the wires a bit)

My dku-5 cable looks like this when the wires are exposed:

So, I soldered the red wire on the ecu to the red wire on the cable, the white from the ecu to the white AND black to the nokia cable, and the black wire of the ecu to the blue wire to the cable.

Then went to test it out in the car, I get not data. turboEdit and ecuControl5 can see the dataloggoing cable cuz it does connect, and I can “start,” but I get NO data to the laptop. I don’t know if I have to enable datalogging in the bin I burned or not, but if I do, how is that done?

BTW, I'm using turboEdit 2.6.3 and ecuControl5.8.41. I also have the ecuControl plug-in for turboEdit.

Let me know what things to try, so I can get this working.

Thanx.

So you didnt even follow the pin out for the DKU-5? I have seen 3 different variations on the wiring colors. You need an ohm meter and the pop port pin out here: http://pinouts.ru/CellularPhones-Nok...p_pinout.shtml

Looks like you didn't desolder. Just looks like you heated the old and just pushed the wires through.
