I've used it with MS-I. What's the particular trouble you're having?

I've never seen a 16x16 map for MS? 12x12 is commen with MSExtra. It will work with that.

i tried the auto tune. your talking about when you bring up the ve table in graph form. when i click auto tune it tells me that the parameters outside tuning window. i dunno i dont get it either. as far as the size of the table. when i bring up mstweak it is already a 16x16 table. i have to make it a 12x12 or an 8x8. i want to make a 16x16 but what do i have to do to get it from mstweak to the ms in my car and will it screw up the computer if i try to burn a huge table to my ecu? thats all im worried about.

MS2Extra's forthcoming beta firmware will have 16x16 as well as fully functional wheel decoder support. I'll be making the switch from MS1Extra to that once that release is available.

The software basically works with all the versions of megasquirt that I know about.
Maybe you should ask Fred Flintstone. One downside of megasquirt is that you've got to figure out what they heck is going on.
