Default Anybody using a DSM side intercooler on an Integra?

I am thinking about running a side mounted intercooler from a DSM 1G since I will be running low pressures. I was wondering if anybody had this setup and is this feasible for cooling. If anybody have ideas or pictures it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Will

I honestly think it could be done, their is alot of room, you may need to get the end tanks rewelded. But it should work. Let us know how your install goes!

i called a place once to see if they had one and the lady was telling me about this kit who bought a couple! he kept running the ******* over so if you do attempt this have some tabs welded onto it for solid mounting

Obviously? why would you just let it hang their? that would be a bit stupid.

I'm using one top-mounted on my ED3.
Free IC, 25 for the hood scoop, 10 for the fan underneith, and I wired the fan to come on with the inline fuel pump. Pictures at http://filebox.vt.edu/users/bclifton...fleet/ED3-D15T

2gen is better. 1gen inlet/outlet are ~1.25", 2gen inlet/outlet are ~2.00." Core is also a little different. 1gen is thicker, but I'm not sure how the inside is made, whether it actually cools better since it's thicker. I doubt it does. Overall, I"d say go with 2gen.
