Default under crome or uberdata, if the car switches to limp mode, a problem happens

I'm guessing its because of the 450cc injectors. Has anyone made a patch or a hack so that the car is 'more' drivable in limp mode with larger than stock injectors? Its only happened to me two times, but I had hell trying to get home in limp mode.

maybe i'm wrong but cant you just turn off the ignition and restart? I guess this has never happened to me though, if you make your map correctly it shouldng go into limp mode.

...but in the event of a limp mode CEL, it would be pretty sweet to still be driveable. Although, seeing how limp mode is contained on the main chip, I dont think its to doable.

Limp mode driving with stock injectors isnt driveable...kinda the point of limp mode.

Honda should've made it so that the backup mcu could have an external program. Then you chip your limp mode.

http://www.pgmfi.org/twiki/bin/view/Library/P30

Edit the Limp Mode tables. Can't do it in P72, but it might work with P30.

are you talking about a p30 bin or p30 ecu? I think running a p30 bin, but my ecu is a p28, then again i've been working in the 100+ weather today so my brain is just about worthless.

ROM base. The ECU makes no difference.
