Also i have another question:

I just got 2 new map sensors.
The black one is supose to be 2/2,5bar and the other a 5bar unit.

I wanted to ask if i can use the 5bar one or i just have to stick to the other?

What would be the best testing procedure?
Should i connect the map sensor on the piping and see with a voltimeter what it outputs?

What problems will i face?

There is no support for the 5 bar.

As far as those BINs...hard to tell just by looking at them what to change. Sounds like you have a wideband or installed one at the dyno.

Try to take that information and apply it to the fuel maps.

If you dont have a WB for yourself, get one and tune it in further.

I have recieved a Lambdaboy WB with the l1h1 sensor.

I´m starting to understand all this tunning stuff, problem is the ammount of fuel i have to take off.
Like should i take out 1% or 10%?

It's very simple math to know how much you should take off..

Lets say, at 5000 rpms, and 10psi of boost.. The pulse durations for that group of cells are, lets say, 12 milliseconds.

Your air fuel ratio for that area of the map is say... 11.5:1, with your target air fuel ratio being 12.1:1...

Very simple math will tell you what percent you need to add/subtract..

Find the difference between your target ratios: 11.5/12.1 -1 = 5% ..therefore, in that area, you would subtract, 5%.. (subtract because your target is HIGHER than your actual, if it were lower then you would add fuel in)

....get it? Very simple.

Hello.

Thanks for your simple explanation as it´s really very easy!
I´m just redoing my bin taking attention to mid and wot.
Now i can idle at 14,7 and at part-throtle i get 13,5 - 13, 2 but i ´m having a hard time with wot situatuion.

I´ve decreased it in 15% and still get a solid 9 in the wb display...

But nevertheless i want to thank you all for this beautiful software/hardware/support.

Ok.

After dyno time and wb i got to mail more 14hp at the wheels.
I feel very happy as i´m starting to squeeze the engine´s power potencial.

I post here the dyno graph. If i shouldn´t by any reason please tell me moderators.

I see that now it´s time to swap the turbo for a regular one as the one i´m using is a VNT turbo and i can´t control the variable geometry to gain power in low rpm.
Also i can´t raise it in high rpm. It´s bad that i can´t control the geometry as a regular tdi engine or else this baby could go to 1,5bar.

what i dont really get is the fuel multipler. How do i know what number to put in so the car can run idle, WOT, Etc.

Dont worry about the Fuel Multipliers. Just set them to Auto Detect and call it a day.

is it possible to use the LC-1 w/ the ECUControl plugin for datalogging??
like instead of teh stock O2 giving info to ECUcontrol, wire the WB O2 in its place and scale the voltages ECUcontrol uses to display A/F??

its prob already been covered but, i've searched on PGMFI but i cant seem to find anything
