I`ve own a willems dual power eprom programmer for 2 years now. I have had NO trouble whatsoever burning Amtel chips. Yeah there is no case for this thing and you have to have half a brain when you set the jumpers - use the same eeproms...set it and forget it . But if you know how to read and know what you are doing they work fine. People who rip on willem burners have no idea what they are doing.
yeah i have never had any problems with my burner yet after a year. i started burner ther sst chips and now thats the only ones i buy just because i already know how to burn them and all the dip switches stay the same. i went to radio shack and made a case for it so it is actually very user friendly and durable.

BWT , nice spanish ...
Yes, as far as I've seen, Uberdata is no longer being supported/developed and it has not been Open Sourced. So it's future looks grim...

Yo pienso que mi espanol es terrible. Mis padres son cubano, pero llegaron ha Miami cuando fueron joven. Solo hablo espanol por mis abuelos... y porque vivo en Miami (lleno de cubanos).

i see.. then i will have to learn about crome ... there are a how-to as well as how-to by xenocron about how to tune with Crome?.

Tu español esta muy bien, algunos pequeños errores como yo con mi inglés, bueno los mios pequeños no son , grandes errores con mi ingles... me alegro de que alguien mas hable español .

i think uberdata is easiest than crome though crome is better but i've seen a lot of ppl runing with uberdata on his turbo civis without problems!

Yes, here is Chris's How-To: http://www.-------------/install/CromeGuide.htm
There is also a tutorial video for Crome Pro made by John Cui (the creator of Crome) here: http://www.radicalperformance.com/crome/video/crome.wmv

I'm gonna dl Uberdata later and see what it's got, but considering I already paid the $150 for Crome Pro, I doubt I'll be using UD much.

Edit: that video link doesn't seem to work. I have it saved if someone wants it. I can email it or upload it somewhere.
