Default tuning question

everyone will probably think this is stupid and that may be why i cant find it but i was wondering if i go get my car tuned with crome or anything else can i adjust the boost with a boost controller or am i limited to the boost that it was tuned on.

if you change your boost, you will need to retune. If you want buy a two stage boost controler and then have 2 different tunes so you can use either or when ever.

Tune to your maximum boost setting, then anything before the maximum setting will be tuned. As an example, your max boost setting will be 15lbs. but you want to run 10lbs. daily. You would tune for 15lbs. and when you lower your boost back down to 10lbs., you've already tuned that portion of the maps.
