Default TTL -> RS232 converter

I'm doing my first turbo install and have some questions. I purchaced my OBD-1 ECU from xenocron and it is chipped and ready. I need to find a TTL -> RS232 converter to burn my chip and was wondering if it is something I could buy in town or If I will need to order it from somewhere. Any stores that would carry what I need or websites would help.
thanks

you don't use a ttl-rs232 to burn chips! You use it to datalog.

So what do you need, some thing to burn or something to datalog?

That will get you a basemap, but do you have a wideband for when you start tuning?

na, im really out of funds right now. Im going to try to make a soild basemap by checking the plugs. Im not going to drive it much untill i can get the money for a wideband or at least a real tune.
