5sfe can handle 330hp on the bottom end. Rod bolts are the weak link. But unlinke most hondas, it is a closed deck- which will go along way to prevent blown headgaskets. I would make sure you have a return fuel system before you put an FMU on your car. I cant remember which system they have, but you should really sell it and get smt or a vafc. and are you planning on bolting a stock honda manifold to your toyota head? cause i dont think that will go over too well, good luck with your project.. I was ready to turbo my 90gts before some ------- totalled it. You should just get an alltrac manifold and a ct26.

I ALREADY FINISHED MY TURBO INSTALL. YES I DO HAVE A RETURN FUEL SYSTEM AND THE FMU IS INSTALLED. I DID BUY A 3SGTE (ALLTRAC) MANIFOLD. but had to slightly modify it(above). Then i bought the ct26-->t3/t4 adapter( also above), and im looking into smt/afc.
Good TO HEAR ABOUT THE HIGH HP RATINGS ON 5SFE ENGINES. DO YOU KNOW ANYONE THAT HAS DONE ONE? VOUCHES? I LIKE TO SEE MATERIAL PROOF THAT REASSURES ME I WONT BLOW MY ENGINE

well today was the day i experienced boost! and it was good! lol dan brought me for a ride in his car about 2 hours ago and even tho it was raining, man that thing pulled! ....and hes only running 5psi!!! you did a great job dan! just cant wait till i get my'n boosted!!!
now i understand why people say boost is inexplainable....

i origionally posted that way before the rest of your progress, i dont know why it didnt post up right away. I thought you had to relocate the oil filter when using an alltrac manifold? I was about to turbo my clean *** 80k mi 90gts, before some ------- totalled it.

Sorry for the Pictures Delay. I've been pretty busy with work/school/rallying the ---- outa my car etc. .. Anyways Here are a few.. They're not the best Pics, but you kinda get the idea.
This was BEFORE i Re-Routed my DUMP TUBE UNDER THE CAR.
Kinda crowded.. i had to remove my radiator fan But am in the process of buying a Thinner one to replace it
My Baby.
Oil Fitting T.. TUNERTOYS.COM represent. Very good oil T though.. comes with the PLug to plug one of the 1/4 NPT fittings.. Thanks TT.
Obviously not on the car yet. Front mount doesnt fit and Front body kit doesnt come off because its molded.. so.. yeah.. that's why its not on.. I dunno what im going to try and engineer to get that bitch on.. but i'll think of something. If somone has a nice size Sidemount then i might be up for trade (NO POS's though pease.)
Random Charge piping.. theres a few U-Bends from Summitracing.com in there. and if you look above there's the pic of that pile of charge piping. So i have plenty to mount an intercooler.

OH.. AND HERE.. I ALMOST FORGOT.. MY D-SERIES T3/T4 MANIFOLD WITH EXTERNAL PORT THAT THE GUY RAPED.
HIS "NEW FLANGE" HAHA
YEA HE EFFED IT UP .

today a guy at work was like
Guy: "NIce body kit.. did u do that yourself? you just get it?"
Me: "Yeah, and you probably just noticed it because i've been driving my dad's car since i've been putting a turbo kit on, but the kits been on for a few months."
Guy: "What your turboing your car yourself?.. -Thinks to himself- . Oh yea well its just just bolt up huh?
Me: "haha No. a direct bolt on kit would be a few grand plus installation.. I pieced it together and am doing it customly myself."
Guy: NO WAY!
