Default Switching honda 96-98 ob2, to 99+ obd 2

So we have a problem, that we were stupid enough not to pay attention to. We swapped a 96-98 d16y89 into a 2000 civic lx. We were just going to use the p2p computer from the 96-98, but dumbass us forgot that there is 2 different obd 2 plugs for the different years. so i know i need a 96-98 plugs, but should the wires be almost the same, like the color wise or am i going to need to do a bunch of different wiring diagrams do to this? if so anyone know where i can find that?

Just use the obdIIa harness. Add where needed and if it was a Y7 just do the IAC wire swap.
