Well, i think uberdata is well worth the fact that its free. I tried chrome, and it was a pain in the ***, and i couldnt even do boost maps on a p28. The problems you are having sound like user error. Ive used uberdata on 5 different comps, ranging from complete crap comps, old school laptops, to decent comps, so it works. Just no reason to give uberdata a bad name, especially with all the work that has been put into so that WE can save money.

the fact that you couldn't get boost tables in crome on a p28 is user error. Crome runs off of the p30 codebase, and is in no way a pain in the ***.

then open a new p30 and import the tables from the file you made.
then install fuel tools and boost tools, and go to town.
its still an investment i won't think twice about when the time comes.
yea i just don't have $450 right now. I really need to start charging people more for tunes...
well yeah you need to charge people more if you're thinking your work is worth a commercial version.
the commercial version and charging good prices for tuning kinda go hand in hand.
update - the guy called me, basemap worked good. just needs to be tuned now.
