Default block turbo coolant supply? d15b2/dpfi turbo...

my friends wanting turbo really really bad....

anyways...let me show you his setup:

civic (d15b2 w/ dpfi)
ihi rhb5
real! greddy type RS bov
autometer phantom boost gauge
2.5" exhaust/downpipe

plan on running 5psi on the ihi

& I think thats it...
piping were building,
oil lines are made (taping oil pan)

but can he block off the coolant lines?

let us know,we plan on doing it tomorrow,
I'll take pics & post a thread bitchez!

hes doing it no matter what!
hes blew a couple motors before,he has no problem doing it again

hes using the stock manifold & were building the pipe from the mani to the turbo around everything!!!

setup will be actually crazy!
this is NOT my idea,,,again
its him....

No need to block the coolant lines, because there will be nothing in there. Just leave them open.

Right....

Only common sense is need to prevent coking of the bearings.
