Default stock d16y8 fuel management

hey, i got a stock d16y8 and i want to push 6psi of boost (SAFELY)!! what kind of fuel setup or fuel management should i use? i was wondering if just a FPR and larger injectors would be sufficient.

for 6psi just use a fmu w/ stock injectors.

can someone please explain to me how to tune a fmu,, i know its a dumb question,, but im not even sure what it does..all i know is that it increases fuel,, but does it work in ratio to the engine speed or......?
