I've discovered that it's not an ECU issue, originally it was only doing it with the chipped ecu, but now it's doing it with a stock PM6 as well..

Home now, still stumped....ANYONE? Tested all the wires in the fuel pump relay harness, they are all grounded or getting their proper voltages, i'm losing my ------- mind here!

For ***** sakes i found it, there are 4 wires on the ground going to the t-stat housing, 2 into each connector, on of the wires was broken off the connector...

Holy crap dude you've been having this problem since June 2004?

And it was all because of a bad ground?! Good job on finding it but dammit, couldn't it have been easier to track down?
