Default Setting up FTS in Crome

So I was playing around with Crome last night on a friends Teg and we were trying to get Full throttle shift to work. From what I read on pgmfi.org you need to ground B8 on the ecu via the clutch switch?I was wondering if this is true with the current version of Crome Im using 2.0 with add extra features loaded into it?The info I was reading was from searching and was dated back to 2005.Thanks
