Default problems with dsm 450's and chrome basemap

I got a basemap burnt last weekend from intec, just to get the car to a tuner to get tuned, the car is running like ---- and smells rich as ----, you try to give it gas and it sounds like its missing or somethin...the timing is good, brand new dizzy, wires are fairly new, and im about to go gap the plugs to .030 I have no clue what is going on, can anyone help? one thing is I have a obd-1 ls harness on a sohc vtec so the blue wire on the dizzy (negative coil) is not hooked up to anything, could this be a problem? or could it be a very rich basemap? ------- intec...

yep, I put a resistor box in,and it is wired correctly, now the problem is it sounds like its running on 2 cylinders and whlile its idling I can take the injector plug off #2 and #3 and the car dosent Idle any different...I thought it was bad injectors but I swapped them around and it still does it on #2 and #3...what does this sound like to you guys? a bad ecu?

Try different plug wires on cylinders 2 and 3, then try different plugs.
