Convert to OBD1 and remove the cat.

on my full throtel fuel map i have it set at -39@4000 rpm without problems

Then something is wrong with your supercharger, dude.
I mean, I know yours is not roots, but still you should have positive manfiold pressure before you hit yout motor's stock powerband.. There would be no benefit to it being on the crank if you didn't.
