OBDIIa or b has nothing to do with whether its a 2 wire or 3 wire IAC.

If you have a civc 96-00 that IS NOT VTEC you have a 3 wire IAC on the Throttle Body. If you have a 96-00 Civic VTEC auto It is a 3 wire IAC on the TB. If you have a Standard Civic VTEC (EX) Then you have the correct 2 wire IAC on the manifold.

B18B's are 2 wire IAC.

Dayum, that is a good price. Anybody have any experience using that harness or know anybody that has used it, is it a quality piece?

 

dunno looks better than the one i made. but if you buy it just pull every wire where its soldered individually to make sure they are soldered good. thats what i did with my since half of it i didnt have flux and my connections were shitty.
