i had the CDM OC at the Avenues Mall(Mandarin Express with a very similar panda to panda express). it was ok, but i have nothing to compare it to

 

I don't know what you're talking about. I don't know the names of any malls around since I'm still pretty new to the area.

But the Panda Express I went to was in Sanford, FL.
