Default Street tune? Z6, P28, uber, 48/60-T3, 450 dsm's

I've tuned carbs before and I understand how to use Ubertegs program. But I'm not sure how to go about tuning my own maps on the street in boost.

Setup:
d16z6 (stock internals)
P28 ECU - Uberchip
.48/.60 60-trim T3
450 dsm injectors

What will I need to gather info to help me tune? I'm going to order the techedge 2.0 for sure, maybe an EGT gauge, and I need some kind of datalogger.

What burner is cost effective for chipping?

Then what is the actual process for tuning under boost? Here's what I *think* it would be...

1- Set uber chip to 0.9* retard for 1 psi boost and fuel maps rich.
2- Make a 3rd gear pull watching A/F & boost. Then study A/F log (need a logger).
3- Lean fuel map (any *tips* on how much adjustment yields how much A/F change?) I'll shoot for 12-12.5 across.
4- Repeat steps 2 & 3 many many times.
5- Go to Dyno.
6- Adjust timing (do I even need the EGT?)
7- Beat down session.
8- Replace clutch.

Any other pointers to start me out in the right direction?

The Techedge 2.0 will read two EGT probes, and datalog for you. RPM, and one or two other user defined inputs (MAP for pressure pls).

Your tuning breakdown is pretty spot on.
