my ls basemap is running really rich..UD. please look, thanks
ok so i have had a few problems before. i have now figured most of it out. anways, i have now opened a stockgsr.bin in uberdata 1.70 and then imported the p75importonly.bin. this should give me the fuel maps i need. i unchecked the vtec boxes so everything should be all good. anyways im not getting any codes, however the car idles like ***. on the wideband its roughly 14.7 fora bout 10 seconds then it slowly drops over a period of 30 seconds to below 10.0 and then says RICH. as the car first starts up its at about 18in/hg vaccum and then i can see it slowly going to 10in/hg as the fuel mixture becomes more rich. this is starting from complete cold. any idea what to do. what about if i import the p06.bin and then run that. how much different is that from the stockls.bin? btw im using an ecu chipped by xenocron which is a p06 converted to p28 im pretty sure but it still says p06 on the casing.

The UD basemaps are pretty rough. I had the same problem with my LS. Just lean it out until you get it to run correctly. I can't remember exactly how much I had to lean it out but it was quite a lot. Also I ran the GSR bin disabling the vtec stuff and it seemed to run really well.
If you want to test you chipping job then download the P75 ROM dump from www.PGMFI.org it should run perfectly. Don't try to open the ROM dump up in UD, just load it into you burner's buffer and burn your chip.

I am referring to the raw ROM dump. It will not open in UD. The factory maps are written in an 8 bit whereas UD maps are written in 16 bit. I don't recall whether Crome writes the maps in 8 or 16 bit.
This bin is taken directly off a factory ECM.
I haven't ever tried opening it in crome as most of my experiences are with Uberdata.
