Default Map Voltage Clamp

Is there a way to clamp the voltage on the map sensor so the ECU doesn't see the boost. I dont really want to spend the money on a stupid missing link and check valves look ghetto. I know there has to be a way but I dont really know that much about electronic components.

zener diode would allow voltage to be seen to a point, and then stop.
