Live TurboEdit Technical Support Session

Re:Live TurboEdit Technical Support Session
If you all are open to IRC, then I already have several bots that can not only hold a channel but keep things under control as well.
It is free.. hell I'll even throw on my trivia bot with some questions relating to engines, turbos, etc. Actually, that would be fun.
I can also have a web based client that can handle the numbers in which you guys are looking to 'support.'

We can do IRC for chat. The other night, we just did an AIM chatroom. There are many options for that. The most important thing is seeing Chris's desktop so when he's showing how to modify fuel maps, we can all see as he's doing it. The VNC solution solves that.

..are we looking for whiteboard? MSN has that.
The VNC solution wouldn't require anyone to install anything, making it the simplest for the end user.

Oh, I personally am all up for using VNC, however, the powers that be (those who own the C3 connections) wouldn't go for it.. and if they could be talked into it, it would require talks with a lawyer to get all liability issues out of the way (ie. forfeiting the right to hold them liable, etc.) then getting everyone that wishes to attend the meeting to sign a release form, then this, that, etc, etc..

If this still holds true, then. What -if- something happened to someones computer either as a direct result of someones attendance to this "support session" or if the person running it was just a goof. Now, what if they were looking to sue for damages? I'll tell you. They'll go after the multi million dollar compan that is providing the proxy server.
Sorry to go in depth, but, wanted you to get your answer.

Yeah, I'm a little lost as to the legalities of this. The VNC server would be ran from Chris's computer. The only thing that would need to be setup on your server is the repeater which is just a proxy for the server on Chris's machine to handle multiple connections. So Chris's computer would be connected to the proxy/repeater and it would feed all of the client requests. There aren't any real security issues since Chris's server is setup for view only.
Anyone else have a server connected to a high speed broadband connection?

I'll do what I can from my Cable Modem (if there is anything) but my upstream sucks which would create a bottleneck.
