On finding ecu's it's like that like you'll see a bunch of civics they just dropped out in the yard and absolutly nothing looks to missing but the ecu will be gone.
The trick to getting um is this most junkyards have a fenced in spot where they hold the cars and look them over and pull low milage engines and stuff like that if they have them. find one close to your house and watch their holding pen and talk to employee's and find out when it's going to the yard. and be there then. I do it and I get about three a month. It sounds like you go to junkyards as much as I do. Thats all you have to do.

Do you really think I dont know how to Junkyard. lol. the problem is that the exporters get the ---- so we cant. I went to a yard this afternoon, the fucker litterly had 6 half cuts sitting there and one whole car, 2 of the cars had ECU's that I could use. He said, nope. "States" I told him he needed to go ---- himself. I was like look -------, im a ------- honda guy. See my god dam car. Im not a ebayer. :( >:( Mayeb you have to be here to understand it. IDK. Really ------ pissed me off though.

Yeah I can se from what you said the situation is differant over there. Here if it's in the yard it's yours for the right price. I don't understand why they would put the cars where you could even touch them if your not allowed to buy the parts..That would hurt my feelings. :'(

there are a TON of yards that are like that. Some places you can just walk into and grab anything you want. (the places where the ECUs are gone) Some places everything is all roped off, and you cant touch ----. I guess I can thank my fellow past time round eyes for stealing ----...which is why its like that.

I actually tried something like that one time and I was chased by a bunch of guys through the woods one december night!!
