Default Idle problem

95 civic
d16z6
t3/t4 ITC
vafc hack
450 blue top injectors
the first time i drove the car boosted, after it warmed up, rpm would be at 1000 and then jump to 1500 and back down to 1000 and then back to 1500 and so on. the car would be in in neutral with my foot of the gas. it will do it for every second over and over. if i hold the idle at 2000 rpm it will jump to 2500 and do the same thing, up and down up and down. i thought one of my sensors went bad but i have no cel's. dont know what the problem is, please help.

List all your settings on the VAFC. Who wired the AFC up? and was it done properly? Make sure all your connections are tight... I had accidentally reversed my airflow wires and had the same type of problem.
Get back to us about your settings and we'll be able to help out more.
